🌲 Outdoor Program Trip Policies

During Spring Semesters, the outdoor program is trying making trips all trips free of charge so that everyone has the opportunity to participate. To keep this sustainable and fair, we ask all participants to follow these policies:

📅 Trip Scheduling & Commitment

• Trips are announced and are available for registration, 4 weeks before departure (on Fridays at 12am).
• You must commit to your trip at least 1 week before it leaves.
• Each participant may sign up for a maximum of 3 trips per semester.
• Please only sign up for trips you truly intend to attend so that spots are not wasted.

🚫 No-Show & Communication Policy

• If you do not show up for a trip without communicating beforehand, you will be excluded from all trips for the rest of the semester.
• Communication must be made before the trip starts if you cannot attend.

📝 Waitlist System

• A waitlist will be maintained for each trip, if a spot becomes available we will notify via email.
• If you cannot attend, please notify us promptly so that someone on the waitlist can take your place.
